For me, good support is about rhythm, structure and sensitivity. My strength lies in the combination of overview and detail, thinking ahead and getting things done. Keeping sight of the bigger picture without missing what needs attention on a detailed level to actually move things forward. Sensing when something needs momentum, when it is better to slow down, and when alignment matters most. Whether it is a project, a packed calendar or inbox, or an international business trip where flights, hotels, transfers and appointments all need to connect seamlessly, I keep track of agreements, actions and deadlines, make sure important topics come back at the right moment, and ensure that decisions are actually followed through.

I move easily between people, interests and practical matters, and I have a good sense of what a client, colleague, supplier or business contact needs.

Flamenco dancing has been one of my great passions for years. When I dance, I enjoy being in the spotlight. In my work, however, I deliberately choose to stay behind the scenes. Not because I want less responsibility, but because that is where I can add the most value: by taking things off your plate, creating clarity and control, sensing what is needed, and making sure all the moving parts come together.

With my background in management support, project coordination and organisation, I know how to turn separate actions into a workable whole. From preparation and planning to execution, follow-up and completion.

 

My added value lies in the same thing that attracts me to dance: when I step in, I step in fully. With attention, enthusiasm, energy and the drive to do things well. No support on autopilot, but genuine involvement, responsibility and the determination to create something together that truly works.

Just like in dance: you can know the steps, but only when you fully immerse yourself in it does it come alive.
